Care Giving Class: Caring Criticism

How do you handle the criticism of others? How do you offer criticism to others without being harmful or critical?  Caring Criticism combines Christian love, biblical principles, and psychology to help us deal with criticism.  It helps us break down walls of criticism to build caring bridges that invite people to change without hurting or making them angry.  Learn ways to help others without criticizing and understand the difference between true and false criticism.  Join us for this 9-week class led by Bill Bull.  Meets at the House.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN FAITH?  We will look to the Bible for answers to common questions, plus any you bring.  This class is open to anyone interested in becoming a member of our church as a prelude to the membership class, or to anyone wanting to grow in confidence in responding to common (and often challenging) questions.  

EXPLORING MEMBERSHIP:   if you are committed to following Jesus, know the key teachings of the Christian faith, and would like to find out more about becoming a member of our church, this class is for you.  Next Exploring Membership class -  TBA.  A light lunch will be served.  Please contact the church office (562-421-1721) if interested.  Rick Milner will lead throughout, and various ministry staff will join in on some of the individual sections.
